250 g ground beef
1 garlic clove
2 teaspoons of curry
1 teaspoon ground ginger
5 tablespoons soy sauce (preferably sweet)
1 egg yolk

In a skillet over high heat, sauté the chopped onion, garlic and carrot in olive oil.
Add the beef and let it brown a little.
Season with curry, ginger and then add soy sauce. Mix well and cook over low heat 2 to 3 min.
Divide the filling into the brick sheets (2 samosas per sheet) and fold (often explained on the packs of brick sheets).
Glue the last back with an egg yolk.
Cook in a pan of frying oil, 2 min on each side.
At the end of cooking, place the samosas on a plate with absorbent paper to remove the excess cooking oil. Enjoy your meal !
