250g of flour

4 eggs

15 cl of oil

Dry white wine

200 g pitted green olive

200 g diced ham

150 g grated Gruyère cheese

1 packet of dry yeast

Preheat the oven to Th 6 (180 ° C).
Meanwhile, mix the flour and eggs until you get a smooth mixture. Add the oil and the equivalent of 1 glass of dry white wine.
Drain the olives, flour them lightly and incorporate them into the dough.
Add the ham, mix well and pour in the grated Gruyere cheese and yeast; pepper well, but do not salt because of the ham!
Butter a cake pan, pour in the dough up to 2/3.
Bake the cake for 50 min at Th 6 (180 ° C).
If the top of the cake takes on a golden color too quickly, cover it with a sheet of aluminum foil and let it bake as well.
