1 Bulgarian yogurt

1 egg

1 jar of flour yogurt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 pinch of salt

Preparation

Total Time: 25 mins
Preparation: 5 min
Cooking: 20 min
Mix all ingredients together
then let the dough rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Cook in a blini pan or on a non-stick pan.
When they make holes, turn them over.
Serve immediately or reheat before eating.
