9 ripe tomatoes

1.5 red pepper

1.5 green pepper

1.5 cucumber

1 onion

1 garlic clove

4 new onions

2 tablespoons sherry vinegar

1 slice of sandwich bread

2 hard boiled eggs

Fresh basilic

Olive oil

Pepper and chilli

Preparation: 15 min
Cut the tomatoes, 1 green and one red pepper, 1 cucumber, onion and garlic, put everything in the blender.
Add the bread, mix again.
Season with salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar and chilli (depending on taste).
Let cool for at least 2 hours.
Cut in small dice peppers and cucumber remaining as well as new onions. Mash the hard boiled eggs with a fork. Sprinkle with the chopped basil soup.
Arrange the toppings in ramekins and each will accommodate their gazpacho according to their tastes.
