8 slightly thick country bread slices

8 tomatoes of the ‘Roma’ variety (elongated shape)

2 tablespoons olive oil


1 garlic clove

Preparation: 15 min
Cut the tomatoes into small dice after removing the green part at the top, put them in a small bowl with a good olive oil and salt.
Toast the country bread slices, then rub them with garlic.
Place the tomato / olive oil mixture generously on the sandwich, to be tasted immediately (lukewarm).
